  • Please remember your Pledges to Generation of Faith and Annual Catholic Appeal. When you are placing your pledges please use checks only. To see how much was pledged and the progress made please check the last page of the bulletin.

 

  • The Memorial Tree is in the back of the church with your belovedAngelson it. These will be removed on November 22nd and replaced with Christmas tags for gifts for children in need. If you wish to have your “Angels” for your own Christmas tree, please call or come to the Rectory office after December 2nd.

 

  • The Bereavement Ministry of Holy Family Worship Site next meeting date is Thursday, November 14th at 7:00pm in the Rectory.

 

  • Mass & Celebration in honor of Our Patroness of Puerto Rico at St. Laurence Worship Site on Sunday November 17th at 12pm. All are encouraged and welcome to come.

 

  • The 14th Annual Holy Family’s Fall Harvest Festival Saturday, November 16th at 8PM to 1AM. Adults- $30.00 Children- $10.00. Please see a committee member for more information.

 

  • Wedding Anniversaries Sunday, November 17th at the 12:45 PM Mass. For all couples celebrating their 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th….etc. in increments of 5 years are welcomed to renew their marriage vows in church. Please call the rectory to register your names. Deadline is November 10th. Light refreshments will be served.

 

  • Project Scan Van is free screening mammograms for women 40 and older on Sunday November 17th starting at 9am. Van located at Holy Family Worship Site, on Conklin Ave between 98th St and Rockaway Parkway. An appointment is necessary in order to get screening so please call 1-800-564-6868.

 

  • Healing Mass at Holy Family Worship Site on Friday, November 22nd at 7:30 PM. sponsored by the English Prayer Group and Fr. Christian Amah, a priest from the Archdiocese of New York. “Pray always without becoming weary.”- Luke 18:1

 

  • Thanksgiving Trilingual Mass November 27th at 7:30 PM at Holy Family Worship Site.

 

  • Thanksgiving Dinner will be served Thursday, November 28th beginning 11AM at Holy Family Worship Site School Auditorium. There are enough people to serve food, we need people to volunteer to cook the food. If a family would like food to be delivered to them, they must  live in the area. Please call the rectory if you are a family in need of food delivery or would like to volunteer cooking for the thanksgiving dinner.

 

  • Immaculate Conception Trip to the Basilica of the National Shrine, Washington D. C. December 7th. Departs 7AM in front of Holy Family Worship Site. The cost is $75 which includes travel, food and drinks. For more info call:1-718-930-6006.
